FAQ/IMPORTANT THINGS PARENTS SHOULD NOTE- 2026-2027 school year
- When completing registration the email address used is the same email address you should use when making your monthly payments. If you are adding more then one parent, please list both email addresses in the registration. This is to ensure your student payments are linked to the correct account.
- If you owe a balance on any transportation service; you will NOT be able to register your student for the 2026-2027 school year.
- You must submit the entire monthly fee. If your student does not ride the bus for any duration of the month, the amount due is still the same.
- If your student will no longer need transportation, you must complete and submit a deregistration form directly to Dinks Transportation.
- All payments for the upcoming transportation month, must be paid on the 28th of the prior month.
- A late fee of $25.00 will be added per late payment made after the 28th of each month.
- If you miss two payments, your child will be removed from the transportation roster immediately.
- There will be no payment arrangements made for the upcoming school year.

- Who do we contact if there is an issue with our stop ? If there is an issue with your stop, please contact Angie Swann at transportation@smrhs.org and/or dinkstransportation@gmail.com
- Does my child have to get on at the same stop everyday? Your child is allowed to ride the bus at any of our stops on the route.
